Launch and present a new product to Duracell’s North America internal team. Besides presenting the new product, the goal was for the team to leave with the necessary tools and information to push sales of this new product.


The event took place in Austin, TX. This city was chosen for being one of the most innovative cities in the US. The main event was held at the Kimpton Van Zandt hotel, where about 170 guests attended from all over the country.

Lemonjoy organized and produced the 4-day event, which included a welcome dinner, full-day presentations, workshops, segment dinners, among other activities.


The complete event was planned around the objective, as well as the brand’s values and mission. For the welcome dinner a customized experiential menu was created based on Duracell’s pillars. A video mapping show took place during dinner with customized projections on the tables. For the second evening, guests had a casual dinner in an innovative space where they enjoyed a variety of food stations while a graffiti artist created a customized artwork that all the guests signed afterwards and was shipped to headquarters as a mural.

Besides producing the event, Lemonjoy completely managed all the details from the smallest to the general logistics, including, but not limited to: RSVPs, hotel bookings, ground transpiration, reservations, dietary restrictions, among many others. After the event a post-event survey was conducted with an overall rating of 4.5/5 and a KPI report was created for the Duracell team.


The US team left not only with complete knowledge and tools about the new product, but with the right motivation to promote and push sales in each of their markets, resulting in increased brand loyalty.
